Shipping Policy

At Balventa, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International (including EU): 7–18 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, weather, and carrier disruptions.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate

• Expedited Shipping: $15 flat rate

International Orders & Customs

Balventa ships internationally, including to the EU. For eligible EU orders, applicable VAT is collected at checkout in compliance with IOSS regulations, so you won’t be charged additional import fees on delivery. Orders outside the IOSS scope may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@balventa.com and we’ll help track it down.
